HOW IBL OPERATES

Registration and beginning of Courses

To participate in our courses, the student should have previously filled out the corresponding registration form. Once registered, the student must take into account that:
We start courses every Monday. The student should be at our school, by Friday of the week before beginning of the course. Otherwise, he or she can be at the school right on Monday but at 8:00 AM in the morning in order to do the placement test and the registration procedure.

Groups Formation:

Group courses have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 students. If for any reason, there are groups with less than 3 students , the specified number of hours will be reduced to:

• 30 hours, in case of 2 students
• 20 hours, in case of 1 student.

We also offer students the possibility of taking additional hours if they wish to, for an extra price per class.

Length of levels:

Each one of our levels has a syllabus to be completed within a 40 hour time table.

IBL is committed to delivering the full syllabus within the specified time table.

In case of courses with a reduced number of hours (see point B above), IBL confirms its commitment to course completion within these more intensive and personalized timetables.

Placement Test:

Before the course starts, the student takes oral and written placement test with the coordinator of courses who will establish the degree of Language knowledge that the student has. Afterwards, the student will be placed at the correct level.
